NEW DELHI: After years of stalling, the Delhi Soccer Association (DSA) on Monday announced general body elections on November 19. The DSA held its managing committee meeting on Monday and, among other things, declared the date for the elections. The DSA also extended the date for various clubs to get registered under the Societies Act to become legal entities to October 22.
