LONDON: Following an international tender process, sports broadcast production company Sunset+Vine has been appointed as host broadcaster for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.
The agreement includes a full-service delivery of every aspect of the Games, including more sports coverage than any previous Commonwealth Games.

LONDON: The Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF) executive board has approved a 24-hour change in start date for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games which will now begin on 28 July 2022, running through to 8 August 2022.
The joint announcement from the CGF and Birmingham 2022 Organising Committee comes after the significant impact to the international sporting calendar caused by COVID-19.

LONDON: The Commonwealth Games Federation has approved a plan for a Commonwealth Archery and Shooting Championships to be held in Chandigarh in January 2022.
It comes after neither sport was approved as an optional addition to the programme of the next Commonwealth Games, which is scheduled to take place from 27 July to 7 August 2022 in Birmingham, Great Britain.
