MUMBAI: With the BCCI expected to secure a one month’s extension to revert to the ICC on hosting the T20 World Cup in India, the focus has shifted to the modalities of such an eventuality.  What is clear is that IF the world governing body agrees to allow the BCCI to deliver the event "in-house", what can definitively be ruled out is that the games will NOT be allotted to nine venues as was originally envisaged.
