MUMBAI: Digital sports platform will be exclusively broadcasting the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters (DTM) for its 40th anniversary season in India. 

The sports car racing series, DTM, is based in Germany, and features top-tier sports car racing action across Europe. Encompassing the entire eight-event series, the partnership will allow Indian fans to catch all the action live on FanCode from 26th April to 20th October. 

India’s racing sensation Arjun Maini will be in action for the Mercedes-AMG team.

THE BANGLADESH CRICKET BOARD (BCB) has sold the media rights for international matches played in the country over the next two-and-a-half years to local digital marketing agency Ban Tech for a reported $ 19.07 million (BDT 1.615 billion).  The company won the bid after quoting an offer price just above the $19 million floor price set by the board last month.

MUMBAI: Bangladesh territory media rights for international cricket hosted by the BCCI, as well as the remaining games for the ongoing 2020-21 season of the Premier League, have been secured by freshly minted sportscaster T Sports.  The media rights agreement was managed by Singapore-based digital rights marketplace Allrites, which sublicensed the rights from Star India.

NEW YORK: The Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) announced Monday that Google will become a WNBA Changemaker through a new multiyear partnership that will drive engagement during many key moments throughout the year. As part of the partnership, Google will serve as presenting partner of the WNBA Playoffs and as an associate partner of WNBA All-Star on ESPN and the WNBA Commissioner’s Cup.
