Amer Sports sells ENVE Composites to PV3 Investments

Amer Sports, parent company of Enve Composites, announced Tuesday that the Enve brand has been acquired by PV3, a Utah-based private investment firm.

ENVE Composites was founded in 2007 as Edge Composites, changing its name to ENVE Composites in 2010. It is one of a small number of cycling brands to manufacture wheels, components, and bikes in the United States. Amer Sports acquired ENVE in 2016 for $50 million.

Ahmedabad Marathon 4th edition goes virtual on Nov 29
MUMBAI: The fourth edition of the Ahmedabad Marathon will take place on its schedule date of November 29, albeit in a virtual format. Given the disruptions caused by the COVID outbreak, the event synonymous as the #Run4OurSoldiers would be conducted through remote running with GPS tracking participants.

2020 Herbalife24 Triathlon, 5k & Bike Tour Event cancelled
LOS ANGELES: Herbalife Nutrition, a premier global nutrition company, has cancelled the 2020 Herbalife24 Triathlon Los Angeles, 5k and Bike Tour which had been scheduled for October 25. Herbalife Nutrition plans to hold a 2021 event on May 16, 2021.
