SFI eyes April-June window to re-start ntl swimming events

CHENNAI: Delay in reopening pools and the onset of winter have forced the Swimming Federation of India (SFI) to change their plans to conduct competitions.

The national body is looking at next year's April-June window to start the domestic season, beginning with age-group championships, reports New Indian Express.

SC appoints ex-CAG Vinod Rai head of 4-member panel to run BCCI
NEW DELHI: Putting an end to the suspense, the Supreme Court Monday appointed four administrators of impeccable credentials to run the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).  The four-member panel is headed by former Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) Vinod Rai and includes historian Ramachandra Guha, former woman cricket captain Diana Edulji and IDFC Bank managing director Vikram Limaye.
