Expanded International Champions Cup fixtures announced

LONDON: The 2018 International Champions Cup (ICC) will be the sixth edition of a series of pre-season friendly football matches involving 18 of the world's biggest clubs. 

The 2018 edition is scheduled to begin on July 20 and end on August 12.

There will be no Manchester derby in the United States in this year's competition but there is scheduled to be a second American North West Derby between Manchester United and Liverpool, the first since the finals of the 2014 tournament where Manchester United won in Miami by a score-line of 3–1.

FC Goa signs MoU with 3 N-E clubs
PANAJI: FC Goa has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with three clubs from the north-east. FC Goa will have a partnership with Mawkhar Sports Club, Mawlai Sports Club and Royal Wahingdoh Sports Club, wherein the Goan club will offer technical expertise to the teams from the north-east and in return will have the option to sign players from these clubs for a fixed fee, says a PTI report.
