LONDON: The All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC) and IMG Thursday announced a long-term extension of their exclusive media rights and commercial representation partnership for Wimbledon.

IMG has been working with the club for more than 50 years to help maximise engagement, reach and revenues for the world-famous Grand Slam through international media rights management and sales, including its long-standing partnership with ESPN which last year was renewed for 12 years through to 2035.

LONDON: The committee of the All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC), which stages the Wimbledon Grand Slam, Friday announced the appointment of Sally Bolton to succeed Richard Lewis as chief executive of the AELTC following the 2020 championships. Through executive search firm SRI Executive AELTC selected Bolton after a "wide-ranging global search process".

LONDON: The All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club (AELTC), the organisers of the annual Wimbledon Championships, announced Saturday that it has appointed Ian Hewitt as its deputy chairman. Hewitt has been with the AELTC since the last 21 years and will succeed current chairman Philip Brook following their Annual General Meeting (AGM) in December 2019.

LONDON: The All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC) has announced that Wimbledon Broadcasting Services (WBS) will be broadcasting the Wimbledon Tennis Championships from this year onwards, Tennis World USA reports.  WBS will be directly managed by the tournament, broadcasting all the matches scheduled on the 18 courts courtesy a 4K Definition and multi-camera way.

LONDON: The All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC), organizers of Wimbledon, tennis' oldest and most hallowed Grand Slam, announced an increase in prize money for the 2018 edition of the competition on Tuesday.  Alongside this, it will be initiating a sustainability project which is aimed at ‘greening’ of the championships beyond the grass courts.
