FanCode adds DTM racing series to motorsports portfolio

MUMBAI: Digital sports platform will be exclusively broadcasting the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters (DTM) for its 40th anniversary season in India. 

The sports car racing series, DTM, is based in Germany, and features top-tier sports car racing action across Europe. Encompassing the entire eight-event series, the partnership will allow Indian fans to catch all the action live on FanCode from 26th April to 20th October. 

India’s racing sensation Arjun Maini will be in action for the Mercedes-AMG team.

Inaugural MMSC Motorcycle Endurance Race 2019
CHENNAI: Some of country’s top riders are among 34 entries that will line-up for the first-ever MMSC Motorcycle Endurance race 2019 powered by Honda, to be held at the MMRT circuit, here on Sunday, March 3. The grid for the two-hour race, to be held from 2 pm to 4 pm, comprises two categories – the Honda CBR 250 and Stock 165cc which is age-based with only riders under 23 years of age permitted to participate.

Post F1 retirement, Alonso global face of McLaren Racing
LONDON: Formula 1 team McLaren Racing have announced that its former race driver and two-time world champion Fernando Alonso will become its new brand ambassador as per a wide-ranging agreement. Spain’s Alonso had contested in 95 races for McLaren in two separate stints, first in 2007 and second from 2015-2018 in what turned out to be a decorated F1 career.

Ducati announces DRE Racetrack Training Programme in India
