Stage set for PBL season three
MUMBAI:  A ‘bigger, meaner and stronger’ Premier Badminton League will kick off in Guwahati on Friday. The league in its third edition this year, will have eight teams and will culminate with a finale in Hyderabad during the Pongal weekend in January 2018.

MUMBAI: Coimbatore's newly-shaped Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium is all set to welcome the I-League with the Chennai City FC playing its first match against East Bengal on Friday. The Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Chennai is unavailable for Chennai City FC as it is hosting Indian Super League matches. Coimbatore’s Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium will be their home venue this season.

PBL digital mandate with Columbus

MUMBAI: The Premier Badminton League (PBL) scheduled to start on 23 December, has retained Vodafone as its titled sponsor, while getting Indian Oil Servo on board as co sponsor. Bajaj Electricals and Bisleri have also been signed on as sponsors by the PBL, reports the Economic Times.
