The ATP, following a similar action by the WTA, has slapped a $1 million fine on the Lawn Tennis Association, UK's governing body for the sport, for having banned Russian and Belarusian male players from its grass-court events in the summer. 

And making clear that the LTA's actions were unacceptable, the ATP has reportedly informed the body that it faces expulsion from the Tour if it repeats the ban imposed this year due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

LONDON: The All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC) has announced that Wimbledon Broadcasting Services (WBS) will be broadcasting the Wimbledon Tennis Championships from this year onwards, Tennis World USA reports.  WBS will be directly managed by the tournament, broadcasting all the matches scheduled on the 18 courts courtesy a 4K Definition and multi-camera way.

LONDON: The All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC), organizers of Wimbledon, tennis' oldest and most hallowed Grand Slam, announced an increase in prize money for the 2018 edition of the competition on Tuesday.  Alongside this, it will be initiating a sustainability project which is aimed at ‘greening’ of the championships beyond the grass courts.
