NEW DELHI: A major hurdle in the Pakistan football team’s participation in this month’s South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) Cup was cleared on Wednesday when the All India Football Federation (AIFF) got clearance from the Indian government to host the Pakistan football team. 

According to reports, India’s home, external affairs and sports ministries have provided all required clearances for Pakistan’s participation in the tournament.

NEW DELHI: A futsal club completion will be a part of the AIFF competition calendar from 2020 season onwards, the AIFF executive committee unanimously decided earlier this week. The AIFF holds all rights for any futsal championship all over the country and any external party won’t be able to hold any championship related to the format without prior approval from the state association, and the AIFF.

NEW DELHI: Football Sports Development Ltd (FSDL), the All India Football Federation's (AIFF) commercial partners, has signed a three-year deal with Lex Sportel Vision Pvt. Ltd. to broadcast the Hero I-League on DSport, starting with the upcoming 2019-20 season.  The 13th edition of I-League is scheduled to commence from 30th November featuring 11 teams and 110 matches.
