MUMBAI: Former Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is teaming up with StudioNext, the content creation wing of Sony Pictures Networks India (SPN), to produce an anthology series chronicling stories of decorated army officers.
The series, produced by Dhoni Entertainment Pvt Ltd in collaboration with StudioNext, is slated for a 2020 release.
"The show will bring forward the unique anthology of episodic stories of the brave Param Vir Chakra and Ashok Chakra awardees," a production source told Indian Express.
