MUMBAI: One of the world’s biggest sports brands, the National Basketball Association (NBA) brought its games to Mumbai this weekend in order to showcase the brand in the country.
Adam Silver, NBA commissioner, Vivek Ranadivé, tech billionaire and owner, Sacramento Kings, and Herb Simon, American real estate developer and owner, Indian Pacers jointly fronted a press conference Friday where they expressed optimism of starting a league in India in five years, saying a serious discussion on it has been going on in recent times.
