'No sports till Sep', French PM rules; Ligue 1, 2 seasons over

PARIS: The 2019-20 French football season is over after French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe announced that no sporting events will take place until at least September.

"Big sporting events will not be able to take place before September," Philippe said. "The 2019-20 season, notably for football, will not be able to resume."

Stats Perform renews video rights deals with French, Turkish feds
CHICAGO: Leading sports AI and data firm Stats Perform has announced two long-term betting video renewals with host broadcaster BeIN.  The deal includes a five-year renewal for French Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP) and a three-year renewal for Turkish Football Federation (TFF) video rights to be distributed to licensed global sportsbook operators through Stats Perform’s Watch&Bet service.
