LAUSANNE: The shortlist of athletes for The World Games Athlete of the Year in 2021 award has just been revealed by The World Games.

The International Hockey Federation has nominated India’s goalkeeper PR Sreejesh for the award, public voting for which kicks off from 10 January on.

Birmingham World Games pushed to 2022

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado: The International World Games Association (IWGA) and Birmingham Organising Committee (BOC) have agreed to postpone the 11th edition of The World Games until 7th to 17th July 2022. The Games had originally been planned to take place from 15–25 July next year.

ISB appointed host broadcaster of 2021 World Games

MADRID: International Sports Broadcasting (ISB), which successfully cooperated with host broadcaster ATM at The World Games in 2017, will be the host broadcaster for The World Games 2021. The agreement was signed here Thursday.
