IMG ARENA completes acquisition of Leap Gaming

LONDON: IMG ARENA Wednesday announced it had fully acquired Leap Gaming (Leap), a provider of high-end virtual games for online, mobile and retail markets. 

The sports data and technology supplier first secured terms to acquire Leap back in December 2022 at a reported enterprise value of €‎14 million, after making an initial investment in the firm in 2018.

LONDON: IMG ARENA, a leading sports data business for the betting, media and performance sectors, Wednesday announced it has agreed to buy Leap Gaming (Leap), a virtual sports and casino games provider.  While financial terms were not disclosed, the acquisition cost for IMG ARENA, which already owns a stake in Leap, is reported to be €5.9 million.
