Following the EUBC European Women’s Boxing Championships, the next continental event will be held in the Asia. The ASBC Asian Women’s & Men’s Elite Boxing Championships kicks off in Jordan's capital Amman Monday, running through to November 13.
Amman last hosted the 2013 edition of the championships nine years ago. Amman also hosted the ASBC Asian Youth & Junior Boxing Championships this March.
The last edition of the ASBC Asian Elite Boxing Championships was held in Dubai in May 2021. Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia and India were the best nations.
