MUMBAI: Indian skipper Virat Kohli’s charity ‘The Virat Kohli Foundation’ and actor Abhishek Bachchan’s charity ‘Playing for Humanity’ will face off at a celebrity football event in Mumbai on 15 October.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni will be part of Kohli’s side. “Dhoni bhai is very excited about the match. He is already planning and preparing tactics because we are not used to of playing football in big fields,” Kohli has been reported as saying.

The match, to be played at the Andheri Sports Complex, is the second edition of the charity game. Last year, the match ended in a 2-2 draw with Kohli, Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh hogging the limelight.

Kohli shared the fixture of the annual charity football match between Indian cricketers and Bollywood actors on his Facebook page on Sunday.
