MUMBAI: Viacom18 Media may still have some ways to go before it gets a real grip on its sports content output strategy, but that could well be because Anil Jayaraj - chief executive officer, Sports, for the Reliance Industries Ltd controlled network, is still putting in place his executive team.
The latest to be onboarded is Mallika Petkar, who has joined Viacom18 Media as senior vice president - Strategy, Sports, from Disney+ Hotstar, where she was head, SMB Growth Strategy & Inside Sales.
