BHUBANESWAR: Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik on Friday released the official Men's Hockey World Cup anthem ‘Jai Hind’ composed by renowned music director and composer A.R. Rahman and penned by veteran lyricist Gulzar, IANS reports.

The anthem reflects sports, unity and inspiration. Rahman told IANS that the song has been shot in Odisha, Mumbai, Chennai and other parts of the country.

He met Patnaik ahead of the opening ceremony of the competition on 27 November.

BHUBANESWAR: The Odisha Tourism Development Corporation (OTDC) signed a MoU on Tuesday, naming hotel chain OYO Rooms as its official hospitality partner for the Men's Hockey World Cup in the city in November this year.
