Championship Finals – Match Brief:
An extremely fast-paced game, both teams were in attack in the first chukkar. Each side scored 2 goals a piece by the end of first chukkar. APRC-USPA team members really took off from the second chukkar onwards and inspite of a stiff fight, never really gave a chance to their opponents. With a goal each from three of the APRC players, Angad Kalaan, Ravi Rathore and Akhil Sirohi in that order, the Cavalry-TJP teams mates really struggled with the ball but failed to put any goals on the board. Col Tarun Sirohi was the only scorer in the second chukkar on behalf of Cavalry-TJP. A brilliant effort by Dhruvpal Godara scoring 5 goals for his team helped APRC-USPA seal their victory. He was ably helped by Angad Kalaan pitching in 3 goals for his side. APRC-USPA beat Cavalry-TJP by 11 - 6 goals.

Maj. Ravi Rathore was adjudged the Most Valuable Player of the tournament and Dhrupal Godara’s mare ridden by him, ‘Chirmi’ won the Best Polo Pony.
