BASEL, Switzerland: More than 60% of greenkeepers, PGA Professionals and club managers have experienced increased work-related mental health problems in the past year, a new survey by Syngenta has found.
Of these, nearly two-thirds (64%) said they had felt anxious or worried, 57% said they experienced sleep problems and 43% said they had felt depressed with a continuous low mood.

LONDON: Data company YouGov has appointed Hideyuki (Andy) Hata as senior strategic advisor, YouGov Sport, based in Japan.
In the newly created role, Hata will establish the commercial operations of YouGov’s sports division in Tokyo and build the company’s presence in the wider region, following its affiliate partnership with the Nippon Research Center, Research Live reports.

MUMBAI: In the wake of sustained demands from the franchises, sports management company Mashal Sports, founded by Anand Mahindra and Charu Sharma, and now majority owned by Star India, has confirmed it will open the tender process for the media rights of Pro Kabaddi League (PKL).
The rights will be awarded for five years, from Seasons 8 to 12, or until 2025, whichever is earlier.
