DADRI, Haryana: Kabaddi players from around the country have congregated for the 69th Senior National Kabaddi Championship – 2022 (MENS), which kicked off at Charkhi Dadri, Haryana Thursday and concludes on Sunday, 24th July.
The tournament, organized by Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India (AKFI), provides a perfect platform for all the kabaddi players to showcase their talent and attract the national selectors’ attention.
The 69th Senior National Kabaddi Championship – 2022 (MENS) is also witnessing top stars from the VIVO Pro Kabaddi in action. While the big Pro Kabaddi stars will look to continue their form, the other players in the domestic tournament will certainly look at catching the eye of the Pro Kabaddi franchises ahead of the next season of the league.
Indian Railways are the defending champions. They took down the Services team 44-23 in the final of last year's championship held in Uttar Pradesh.
