FIH Hockey Pro League: new schedule to enhance experience

LAUSANNE, Switzerland: The International Hockey Federation (FIH) and the FIH Hockey Pro League participating nations have agreed on a new schedule for the fourth season of FIH’s global league celebrating ‘Hockey at its Best’.

The season, which will run from 28 October 2022 to 5 July 2023, will be divided into a series of date blocks, agreed by all parties, to assist with international and domestic competition planning, within which “mini-tournaments” will be played where several teams will gather in one venue to play two matches against each other.

FIH Hockey Pro League season 2 extended until June 2021
LAUSANNE, Switzerland: Due to ongoing uncertainties surrounding the COVID-19 global health pandemic, and in agreement with the 11 participating National Associations (NAs), the second edition of the FIH Hockey Pro League is being extended through to June 2021, the International Hockey Federation (FIH) has announced.

FIH Pro League suspension extended till May 17
LAUSANNE: Based on the latest developments of the COVID-19 outbreak and in particular of the response to it by the relevant public authorities globally, FIH, with the support of all participating national associations, has decided to extend the postponement period of the FIH Hockey Pro League to 17 May. Consequently, all matches currently scheduled until 17 May are on hold.
