LONDON: The English Premier League has been forced to resume its hunt for a chief executive for a third time after CEO-designate David Pemsel resigned two months before he was due to take up the role.
The 51-year-old was forced to step down after allegations appeared in the UK's Sun tabloid earlier this week about his private life.
