KOCHI: The stage is set for the first-ever Champions Boat League in Kerala, to be flagged in Alapuzzha. Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar - who has in a way adopted the state - will be the chief guest and officially launch CBL 2019 on Saturday.
On the eve of the race, Tendulkar tweeted, “Excited to witness a spectacular display of culture & sport at the 1st ever Champions Boat League race in Alappuzha, Kerala. See you there guys!”
