HYDERABAD: Hero Indian Super League’s defending champions Hyderabad FC have announced the appointment of Neil Cabral, former executive director and board member of Himalaya Wellness (Worldwide), erstwhile The Himalaya Drug Company, as an advisor to its board of directors.

The ISL is co-promoted by Reliance and Star India, and supported by the All India Football Federation (AIFF) and currently comprises 11 clubs.

NEW DELHI: The All India Football Federation has given Indian Super League franchise Hyderabad FC (HFC) a May 15 deadline to clear payments amounting $646,918 (almost Rs 49 million) to five players and three from the coaching staff, including former head coach Phil Brown, Hindustan Times reports.

HYDERABAD: Actor Rana Daggubati has joined ISL debutants Hyderabad FC as the franchise's co-owner. The other co-owners are Varun Tripuraneni and Vijay Madduri. "Hyderabad has a great legacy with the sport. This team, therefore, is a chance to rekindle that legacy," Daggubati said.
