MUMBAI: The two new Indian Premier League franchises - the Ahmedabad team owned by CVC Capital Partners and the Lucknow one acquired by the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group - have reportedly finalised the three players each one is entitled to pick ahead of next months IPL mega auction.

KOLKATA: Former Zimbabwe captain Andy Flower was on Friday appointed as the head coach of the yet-to-be-named Lucknow franchise, which will make its debut in the 2022 Indian Premier League. Flower was working with Punjab Kings as assistant coach for the past two seasons, PTI reports.
