ST GALLEN, Switzerland: Sportradar, a leading global provider of sports data intelligence and sport entertainment solutions, Tuesday announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire InteractSport, an Australian tech platform and data provider with partnerships across a range of leading sporting organisations with a particular depth and expertise in cricket.
This acquisition is anticipated to close in the 2nd quarter of 2021, subject to regulatory approvals.
