Michelin to remain sole tyre supplier to MotoE World Cup

MADRID: MotoGP commercial rights holder Dorna Sports has confirmed that Michelin will remain the sole, official tyre supplier to the FIM Enel MotoE World Cup until at least 2024, extending a partnership that was flagged off with the inception of the electric motorcycle series in 2019. 

Michelin’s racing DNA is already showcased by the company’s ongoing tenure as sole tyre supplier to the MotoGP class, which began in 2016, and their commitment to MotoE since the series began.

Michelin Cup for E-Gamers comes to India, registrations open
MUMBAI: French tyre major Michelin has announced the launch of Michelin Cup for E-Gamers in India.  Designed in partnership with PlayStation’s driving game franchise Gran Turismo, the contest, for which registrations opened 29 November, will run till 18 December.  In 2019, PlayStation selected Michelin as “official tire technology partner” for its Gran Turismo franchise.

MADRID: MotoGP commercial rights holder Dorna Sports Wednesday confirmed a new three-year contract extension with Michelin that will see the legendary French firm continue as the sole, official tyre supplier to MotoGP until at least 2026.  The new three-year agreement will see the partnership between Michelin and MotoGP reach the milestone of a decade racing together.

Michelin to take top billing at inaugural Finland MotoGP
MADRID: MotoGP commercial rights holder Dorna Sports has announced Michelin, tyre supplier for the world’s fastest motorcycle racing championship, as title sponsor for the 2021 Finnish GP.  The event, set to take place from the 9th to the 11th of July, will be the first motorcycle Grand Prix to be held at the new KymiRing and will be named the Michelin Grand Prix of Finland.
