NEW DELHI: The Indian "tradition" of politicians controlling sports bodies was again on show Wednesday as the Table Tennis Federation of India unanimously re-elected Haryana’s deputy chief minister Dushyant Chautala for another four-year term as president at the TTFI AGM held in Panchkula.
Pertinently, for all the 22 posts for which elections were held, the house vote was unanimous.
