COLOMBO: Sri Lanka Cricket has reportedly approved a plan to conduct the inaugural edition of a T-10 cricket tournament in December this year.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the SLC executive committee at its headquarters here, where the proposal to conduct a T-10 tournament was "unanimously approved", the local Daily News reports.
Eight teams are scheduled to take part in the tournament which is to be played in two venues. The names of teams and the venues are yet to be finalised.
