WASHINGTON, D.C.: Monumental Sports & Entertainment and NBCUniversal parent Comcast Corporation Tuesday agreed terms under which MSE will acquire 100% of the equity interests in NBC Sports Washington by acquiring NBCUniversal’s 67% stake in the network. 

MSE currently owns 33% of NBC Sports Washington, which it acquired in 2016.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

LONDON: The English Premier League and NBCUniversal, via the NBC Sports Group, Thursday announced a new six-year broadcast deal in the United States. The agreement, which will see NBC Sports remain the Premier League’s official broadcast partner in the US until 2028, will cover all 380 matches every season. The deal also includes the exclusive rights for Spanish language coverage.

NEW YORK: The 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo is still eight months away but NBCUniversal has already received more than $1 billion in national advertising commitments for the quadrennial mega event, the company said Tuesday. LOS ANGELES: NBCUniversal and LA 2028 announced Wednesday a partnership through which they will sell media and sponsorship deals in tandem in connection with the Olympics and Paralympics from 2021 to 2028.
