NEW DELHI: With just over four months left for the Tokyo Olympics, the Mission Olympic Cell has sanctioned Rs 50,000 per athlete as out-of-pocket allowance for the members of the Indian men’s and women’s hockey team under the Target Olympic Podium scheme. 

A total of 58 hockey players, 33 in men’s and 25 in women’s will benefit from this decision.

NEW DELHI: A total of 192 Indian athletes will be supported by the Target Olympic Podium (TOP) Scheme till the conclusion of the Asian Games in Jakarta in September.  The latest list of athletes under TOP Scheme was revealed by the Sports Authority of India (SAI) on Wednesday.
