SPSN to t'cast World Boxing C'ships 2021 in Indian subcontinent

MUMBAI: Sony Pictures Sports Network (SPSN) has reached an agreement with Protocol Sports Marketing to broadcast the International Boxing Association’s (AIBA) 2021 World Boxing Championships in India and the Indian Sub-continent. 

This tournament will see India with their largest contingent at the tournament till date, with 13 boxers competing in all 13 weight classes. The matches will be telecast LIVE across SONY SIX channels and livestreamed on SonyLIV till November 6.

BFI launches logo, mascot for youth women's world championship
GUWAHATI: The Boxing Federation of India has unveiled the logo, mascot and an official song for the youth women’s world championships, to be held here from 19 November. The event, that marks the return of big ticket boxing to India, will feature close to 200 boxers from 38 countries.

Delhi to host women's, men’s world boxing c'ships
MOSCOW: The International Boxing Association (AIBA) has announced that India will host its first Women’s World Championships in 2018 and the Men’s World Championship (also for the first time) in 2021. New Delhi will be the host venue for both events. The announcement was made Monday after a two-day AIBA executive committee meeting in Moscow.
