Women’s Caribbean Premier League match to kick off CPL 2022

THE FIXTURES FOR THE 2022 HERO Caribbean Premier League (CPL) and the inaugural Women’s Caribbean Premier League (WCPL) have been confirmed. The tournament will visit St Kitts & Nevis, Saint Lucia, Trinidad & Tobago and culminate in the final in Guyana.

The 2022 edition of the CPL is set to kick off with the inaugural match of the WCPL between Trinbago Knight Riders and Barbados Royals on August 31 in St Kitts & Nevis.

Twitter to live stream CPL in 54 territories
MUMBAI: The Caribbean Premier League (CPL) on Friday announced that the ‘Biggest Party in Sport’ will become the first cricket T20 league to have all its matches live streamed on social media platform Twitter in 54 countries. This is the first time that cricket fans in these countries will be able to watch full matches on Twitter and join in the live conversation at the same time.

Nestle widens CPL sponsorship activations
MUMBAI: West Indies’ top T20 domestic competition, the Hero Caribbean Premier League, has announced that it plans more promotional activities around the tournament with one of its principal sponsors, Nestle. Their sponsorship deal that began in 2017, is expected to expire next season.
