NCAA's Big Ten inks $7.5bn media rights deal with CBS, FOX, NBC

The National Collegiate Athletic Association's Big Ten Conference, representing major universities in the United States, announced Thursday it has reached a massive new seven-year media rights agreement with CBS, FOX and NBC that kicks off July 1, 2023, and runs through to the 2029-30 season. 

As per US media reports, the approximate value of the multiplatform agreement is a whopping $ 7.5 billion ($1.2bn annually), making it the largest in the history of US college sports.
