The Rajasthan-based cement manufacturer has already sent a mail handing back East Bengal’s sporting rights to Football Sports Development Ltd, commercial rights holders of the Hero Indian Super League, and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.

KOLKATA: Under the aegis of East Bengal Football Club Private Limited, Kolkata giants East Bengal FC on Tuesday submitted their bid document seeking entry into the Hero Indian Super League from the upcoming season. While the onine submission was made Monday, the physical copy is set to reach the ISL authorities by Tuesday.

PANAJI: Goa it is! The odds on favorite from the outset will stage the seventh edition of the Hero Indian Super League behind closed doors across three venues, ISL promoter Football Sports Development Ltd (FSDL) announced Sunday.  The 2020-21 season of the ISL will be played at three venues - Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Fatorda; GMC Athletic Stadium, Bambolim; and Tilak Maidan Stadium, Vasco.

MUMBAI: Executives from Football Sports Development Ltd (FSDL), which runs the Hero Indian Super League, have reportedly formulated a detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the upcoming season, keeping health and safety as the primary factor in deciding all protocols.  IANS, quoting sources, reports that the SOPs have been communicated to all the 10 ISL clubs.

MUMBAI: Football Sports Development Ltd (FSDL), organiser of the Hero Indian Super League, has honed in on November to March as the timeline for the 2020-21 season of the ISL, while also leaning towards Kerala and / or Goa as likely venues in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. This was discussed during a meeting between FSDL and club representatives on Monday, PTI reports.

NEW DELHI: Football Sports Development Ltd (FSDL), the All India Football Federation's (AIFF) commercial partners, has signed a three-year deal with Lex Sportel Vision Pvt. Ltd. to broadcast the Hero I-League on DSport, starting with the upcoming 2019-20 season.  The 13th edition of I-League is scheduled to commence from 30th November featuring 11 teams and 110 matches.

NEW DELHI: The all important meeting of the All India Football Federation's (AIFF) executive committee, which was scheduled to happen on July 3, has now been postponed and will take place on July 9. AIFF vice-president Subrata Dutta confirmed the postponement. “Yes, the meeting has been postponed to July 9,” Dutta told IANS.
