A significant move on the cricketing landscape, the partnership will create unique, fan-focused avenues across Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), gaming and merchandising through Dream Sports’ portfolio.

MUMBAI: Indian Federation of Sports Gaming (IFSG), India's first sports gaming self-regulatory industry body, has named John Loffhagen as its president.  Loffhagen’s main responsibilities will involve setting uniform guidelines for industry practices and communicating with gaming rights holders which will help in developing an ecosystem for sports gaming users and operators.

MUMBAI: The world’s largest investment corporation, China-headquartered Tencent is looking at investing in Dream11, India’s biggest fantasy sports platform, as per a report in the Economic Times. As per the news report, if the deal goes through, Tencent will invest around Rs 6.57 billion ($100 million) in Dream11 for a pre-money valuation of $400-$450 million.
