ALPHARETTA, Georgia: YuppTV, which lays claim to being the world's leading OTT platform for South-Asian content, has acquired the digital broadcasting rights for VIVO Indian Premier League 2021 in close to 100 countries.

With this development, YuppTV will help cricket fans across the globe to witness and enjoy all the live action of the 60 IPL matches from 9 April to 30 May.

COLOMBO: After a protracted process, Sri Lanka Cricket has "got real" and eventually struck a deal with Sony Pictures Network India wherein SPN will retain the broadcasting and digital rights (originally held by Ten Sports) for all home international cricket matches played in Sri Lanka for the next three years from 2020.

NEW DELHI: Indian sports community platform Rooter has secured the broadcasting rights to the inaugural Vanuatu Blast T10 League. The platform will telecast matches on its website and mobile app from May 21. To further keep the fans engaged, Rooter may give them a chance to interact with the players during live sessions on the platform, as the fan engagement partner of the league.

MUMBAI: All-sports website Sportskeeda has acquired the exclusive digital broadcasting rights in India for the two-match T20I series between Scotland and Pakistan starting June 12. The Grange Cricket Club, Edinburgh will host the two T20s on June 12 and June 13. Sportskeeda will be live streaming both the matches on its Facebook page – Sportskeeda Cricket -  from 19.30 IST onwards on June 12 and June 13.
