Actor Deepika Padukone will be unveiling the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 trophy ahead of the final match on December 18, the Hindi film A lister's team has confirmed.
The actor, producer, entrepreneur, and mental health advocate, who will soon be flying to Qatar, had recently represented India at the Cannes Film Festival as one of the jury members.
The final match of the World Cup is to be played at Qatar's Lusail Stadium, which is located about 20 km north of capital city Doha.
