MUMBAI: Sports streaming platform FanCode will live-stream Afghanistan’s three-match T20I series against the United Arab Emirates starting on Thursday, February 16. 

All the action will be live on FanCode’s mobile app and on www.fancode.com.

The series is part of the five-year agreement between Emirates Cricket Board and Afghanistan Cricket Board under which Emirates Cricket Board will provide support in hosting Afghanistan’s ‘home’ matches.

MUMBAI: And here we were thinking that the the hardline extremist Taliban, which has taken over Afghanistan, would "zip their collective lips" on the status of women in sport. At least until next month's ICC T20 World Cup kicked off.  That is not to be though and the International Cricket Council clearly has a problem on its hands.

KABUL: The seventh edition of the Shpageeza Cricket League will begin on September 13, Afghanistan Cricket Board announced Sunday.  The tournament will run for two weeks and the final will happen on September 25, with all the matches set to be played at Kabul Cricket Stadium.

MUMBAI: Discovery Communications branded sports channel DSport will broadcast live select games of the upcoming Afghanistan–Ireland ICC cricket series.  The series will be played at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, from Thursday, 21st February till 19th March.

The BCCI and Afghanistan Cricket Board are expected to make a joint announcement after a meeting here Tuesday, PTI reports. The BCCI had last month announced that it would host Afghanistan's maiden Test.

NEW DELHI: Afghanistan will play its first ever Test against India in 2019-2020, the final schedule for which will be worked out later. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) agreed to to host the country’s maiden Test match. On the other hand, it chose to cold-shoulder Pakistan in its latest Future Tours Programme (FTP) announced on Monday.
