NEW YORK: The Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) and the Women's National Basketball Players Association (WNBPA) announced Tuesday that they have reached an agreement on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), pending ratification by the players and the league’s board of governors.
