MUMBAI: Manchester United top the English Premier League table when it comes to popularity in India and worldwide, statistics provided by Google search trend data indicate.
Heading into the competition's 30th season, Manchester United are the most searched Premier League team in India and 92 other countries - which accounts for 37.2% of the globe.
Arch rivals Liverpool remain in second place in India as well as globally.
