NEW DELHI: The Boxing Federation of India (BFI) on Monday unveiled India’s leading SUV manufacturer, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, as the Title Sponsor for the IBA Women’s World Championships 2023, along with legendary boxer MC Mary Kom and Bollywood star Farhan Akhtar as brand ambassadors for the global event, scheduled from March 15 to 26 at the Indira Gandhi Sports Complex in New Delhi.

India is hosting the event for the third time in history and the country is set to be gripped by boxing fever as several top-notch pugilists are headlining the championships.

MADRID: MotoGP commercial rights holder Dorna Sports has announced eyetime as title sponsor for the Austrian Grand Prix 2018, naming it the eyetime Motorrad Grand Prix von Österreich.  Staged at the spectacular Red Bull Ring in the Styrian alps, the event will take place from the 10th to 12th August.

BNP Paribas extends Indian Wells title sponsorship
INDIAN WELLS: BNP Paribas bank has announced that it will continue as title sponsor of the Indian Wells tennis tournament in California until 2023, making it the longest sponsor of the event in its history. Jean-Yves Fillion, CEO of BNP Paribas in the United States, on Sunday said the tournament has been growing in a big way, reports Efe.

IMG aces Mubadala as WTA Silicon Valley Classic title partner
SAN JOSÉ, CA: The longest-running women’s professional tournament on the WTA tour has signed Mubadala Investment Company as its new title sponsor.  Event owner IMG has also entered into a long-term agreement with San José State University to host the event beginning in 2018, reinforcing its commitment to keeping the WTA Premier event in California’s Bay Area.

Hero extends title sponsorship of Indian Open
NEW DELHI: Hero MotoCorp Ltd. on Tuesday announced that it has extended its more than a decade long support for the Indian Open by signing a new agreement to remain as the country's premier golf tournament's title sponsor. The Indian Open will also return to DLF Golf and Country Club in Gurugram for the second consecutive year, from March 8-11.

T10 Cricket League announces title sponsor
HYDERABAD:  The upcoming United Arab Emirates-based T10 Cricket League (TCL) has Hyderabad’s Heera Group as title sponsor.  The newest franchise based short form cricket league launches later this month featuring 90-minute contests lasting 10-overs-a-side. The tournament wil run for four days from 14-17 December.
