Inputs from SA panel in hand, CoA set to finalize AIFF constitution

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court-appointed Committee of Administrators (CoA) Wednesday met the seven-member committee, representing state associations of the All India Football Federation to discuss various aspects of and suggestions on the draft constitution. 

In the two-hour meeting, the SA representatives put forward several ideas for consideration of the CoA.

BCCI state assns' polls: CoA gives 'final' deadline extension
NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court-appointed Committee of Administrators (CoA) on Friday extended the deadline for completion of elections of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI)'s state associations from September 14 to September 28. "The deadline for completion of elections of state associations is extended from 14th September 2019 to 28th September 2019," the CoA stated.

BCCI to standardise hosting fees for state associations
MUMBAI: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will be paying Rs 100,000 to all state associations for hosting India 'A', India U-19, domestic and women's matches, according to a Cricbuzz report. The reason for bringing in uniformity in payments is due to a large number of discrepancies found in the submitted bills.

BCCI requests state associations to respond on Lodha reforms for affidavit
MUMBAI: While 13 state associations have written to the BCCI regarding implementation of the Lodha Committee reforms, the board has requested the remaining associations to write in their views so that an affidavit on the issue can be filed in the Spreme Court, a report in newspaper The Hindu said.
