NEW DELHI: In order to develop the sports infrastructure at the National Centre of Excellence in Itanagar, an MoU was signed between the Sports Authority of India (SAI) and Arunachal Pradesh government.

Union Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju stated this while sharing pictures of the MoU signing ceremony on his Twitter handle on Tuesday.

Rijiju also thanked Arunachal Pradesh chief minister Pema Khandu and state sports minister Mama Natung for their involvement.

NEW DELHI: Aiming for better sports infrastructure in the national capital, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Wednesday approved seven sites in Dwarka, Rohini and Narela for developing sports complexes.  The decision was taken at a meeting chaired by lieutenant governor Anil Baijal, also chairman of the DDA, at Raj Niwas, The Tribune reports.
