MUMBAI: Sri Lanka Cricket's global media rights being awarded to incumbent Sony Pictures Networks India (SPN) for a period of four years - from April 2023 to March 2027 - has already been reported on.

What has not been reported on in the Indian media is that Sony's rights also extend to exclusive cable, satellite and digital rights in Sri Lanka for all international cricket played in the island nation.

MUMBAI: Sri Lanka Cricket's global media rights have reportedly been awarded to incumbent Sony Pictures Networks India (SPN) for a period of four years - from April 2023 to March 2027. The agreement provides SPN exclusive TV and digital rights to air all 55 days of live cricket comprising 12 Test matches, 23 ODIs and 2to 4 T20Is sanctioned by the ICC.

MUMBAI: Culver Max Entertainment (aka Sony Pictures Networks India), Wednesday confirmed the acquisition of exclusive television rights to broadcast the upcoming India tour of Bangladesh, which will include three one-day internationals and two Tests.  The matches will air LIVE on Sony Sports Ten 5, Sony Sports Ten 3 and Sony Sports Ten 4 channels exclusively for the territory of India.

Featuring two Tests and three ODIs, the series will be held from the 4th to the 26th of December.
