NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court has dismissed, with costs, a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by social activist Sudhir Sharma against the Board of Control for Cricket (BCCI) and Indian Premier League's (IPL) auction process.

In his PIL, Sharma alleged that bidding of players in IPL is a violation of constitutional and statutory rights, calling it illegal and should be stopped.
